• Payment: Visa, MasterCard and Traveler Checks--no personal checks accepted

• Rates: All Rates Based on 1-4 Occupants Additional Persons $10 per Day or $150 per Person per Month

• Pets: Charge will be $15 per day per pet; $100 per month per pet
  
• Holiday Rates: All Holidays $20 extra per day
  
• Cancellations: Guests must cancel 48 hours prior to arrival date, except for Holidays and Festival weekends.
  
• Holiday Cancellations: 72 hour cancellation policy prior to arrival date at no charge on Holiday or Festival Weekends
